- Complete a booking form and send a deposit Once we have confirmed the availability, we will hold the date for one week for you to either (a) complete an on-line booking form or (b) print a booking form which you should post to us. We prefer the online booking form which will assist you calculate the amounts due and avoid errors. You should then either post us a cheque for the deposit, or use a bank transfer. The latter will save time, postage and potential delay in the post. Just add a comment on the form, and we will email you the bank codes to use

- Take out Insurance This is highly recommended in case you have to cancel for unavoidable reasons. We have no insurance to cover cancellation - see the booking conditions
