Before writing with problems or queries, please

  1. Carefully read the information in the Help File provided with the product - you can download a copy by clicking here
  2. Search the Support Forum at http://forum.erwwen.com
  3. Read the Frequently Asked Questions (being superceded by the Support Forum)
  4. Check the list of changes for each new release here.
  5. Ensure you are running the latest release. Use Help / about to find which release you are using; then check http://erwwen.com/holletsys/download.htm to see what the latest release is. If necessary upgrade to this release.
  6. If you are upgrading to a new release, and having problems, read this file.

Genuine program faults will be addressed, or bypasses provided. Also, on a best efforts basis, we will try to respond to your usage queries. All support is provided under the license agreement that was accepted when the software was installed.

News

28th June 2008: Announcement of V3.1 with many new features, and especially a new "MultiProperty view". More details are in Newsletter No 8.

4th September 2007: Announcement of V2.6 which supports Windows Vista. More details are in Newsletter No 7.

8th August 2007: A newsletter has been sent to existing users announcing a new beta which supports Windows Vista and the June 2007 release of V2.5. More details are in Newsletter No 6.

9th June 2007: A new release of the Holiday Letting System is now available. This contains major enhancements, especially in the area of producing letters from proformas. This release can be downloaded from http://erwwen.com/holletsys/download.htm This release also extends the expiry date of the evaluation version - all previous versions have expired. This is now the only supported version - you should upgrade to this new version if you are experiencing any problems.

Existing users can upgrade at no extra charge. You are strongly recommended to upgrade to the new version as older versions are no longer supported.
